Working closely with each client, the home customisation team guide the selection of finishes, materials and design details that shape the home’s unique aesthetic identity. From facades and colour palettes to cabinetry, benchtops, flooring, fixtures and fittings, every element is carefully considered to ensure cohesion within the home and create a unique look for every homeowner.

Within the studio environment, clients are supported through a curated and collaborative process that blends homeowner inspiration with our expert advice. Coordinating the onsite trades, designer requirements and the homeowners expectations can’t be done without a lean and streamlined chain of command. To ensure everyone’s interests are met we assign a Construction Supervisor, who is effectively the project manager for the job.

• This Supervisor oversees the external trades that we employ, ensures work is performed correctly and to standard, and ensures that the operations of the site are conducted safely, to standard, and on-schedule.
• These Supervisors will liaise with the homeowner directly and should provide regular updates and communication.

Engineers and Consultants

Engineers and consultants are the team’s technical stakeholders, providing expertise that underpins a safe and compliant home. There are a few different types of engineers and consultants who may get involved with a homebuild depending on the requirements, such as:

• Structural engineers, who ensure that the building can withstand loads and environmental conditions. 
• Civil engineers, who address site works, drainage, and access.
