Project Overview

This Beverly Hills project was delivered as a knockdown and rebuild, resulting in a modern double-storey family home. The process began with demolition and site preparation, clearing the way for a fresh start. Once the slab was poured, the foundations set the tone for a carefully planned home designed around contemporary living and functionality.

From there, framing established the home’s structure, followed by brickwork and external cladding that gave form and definition to the façade. Roofing was completed soon after, enclosing the build and allowing internal works to commence. As the home reached lock-up stage, windows and doors were installed, securing the property and marking a visible milestone in progress.

With services roughed in, attention turned to internal fitout. Plastering, cabinetry, tiling, and joinery took shape in sequence, creating warm and practical spaces throughout the home. The focus at this stage was on delivering quality finishes that balanced everyday durability with modern style.

By the time of handover, the build reflected the hallmarks of IMSU’s approach - a smooth process from slab to completion, clear communication, and a home that combined function with a refined aesthetic. For the clients, the journey culminated in the delivery of a residence built for the long term: a place that feels both contemporary and enduring, ready to serve as the backdrop for years to come.
