Project: Henley House Tour
In August, IMSU welcomed a select group of clients to preview Project: Henley in Enfield - a stunning custom home, shown just days before handover. With the homeowners’ full support, the doors were opened wide for an honest, behind-the-scenes look at the finished product in its true form.
This wasn’t a display home. It wasn’t styled or staged. It was the real thing - a brief designed and built to the exact vision of its owners, complete with the finishes, materials, and layout they had been dreaming of from day one.

Backing Our Builds
At IMSU, we believe in transparency. We back our builds. That’s why we’re proud to show our work exactly as it is, confident in the quality, care, and craft poured into every project.
The preview event gave guests a rare chance to walk through a genuine, client-led build. They asked questions, explored the details, and experienced firsthand how a vision takes shape and becomes reality. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and it reinforced what we already knew: opening the doors to our real projects is one of the most powerful ways to share the IMSU difference.

About Project: Henley
Project: Henley is a custom two-storey home in Enfield, defined by clean lines and modern balance. The ground floor includes a guest suite, study, and open-plan living with an entertainer’s kitchen, pantry, and media room, while upstairs offers four bedrooms, a rumpus, and a master suite. Practical additions like a mudroom and butler’s pantry support everyday living, with a restrained palette and bold geometry bringing timeless sophistication.
Construction began in August 2024 and the home was proudly handed over in July 2025. The journey reflects more than just architectural precision - it speaks to the collaborative, client-centred experience that IMSU is known for. From sales through to construction, the project was shaped by open communication, thoughtful guidance, and a commitment to delivering on the client’s vision, resulting in a finished home that balances individuality with enduring quality.

From The Owner:
"Having previously experienced the challenges of working with another builder, our experience with IMSU has been refreshingly positive.
What stood out across every phase — sales, pre-site, and construction was the personalised approach. The team consistently delivered bespoke, responsive service that made the process feel collaborative and client-centred.
There’s a genuine human touch to the way IMSU operates, paired with the capability and expertise to deliver a high-quality product. They were incredibly accommodating with customisation, yet also struck a thoughtful balance by offering sound advice and recommendations when needed.
Whether you're building your first home or have been through the process before, IMSU brings the right mix of support, insight, and execution to bring your vision to life."
